Qualifications & accreditation
Tertiary-qualified, risk-certified arborists
Both consulting arborists are university-trained and hold the internationally recognised tree-risk certifications. Full credentials are on the team page.

Health, safety, quality & environment
One integrated management system
Arbor Survey runs a documented integrated management system covering quality, health and safety, and the environment. It is structured to ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, reviewed and audited on a regular cycle, and being implemented toward third-party certification.
Every site inspection is covered by a safe work method statement and a pre-start risk assessment. The detailed policies, procedures and safe work method statements are available to Councils and clients on request.
